In 2002, Jack Heaney joined AmeriCorps to work with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh forging a lifelong relationship with the historic Hudson Valley city. Today, Fulcrum Properties along with its partner NFW Group LLC develops and manages a growing portfolio of historic buildings that will be preserved as affordable housing.
